用硅胶 GF2 54薄层板进行层析 ,用薄层层析扫描仪以紫外吸收扫描方式进行扫描 。
Using the thin layer board of the silicagel GF254 filter layer upon layer ,We can scanning by the thin layer scanner and the way of absorption of ultraviolet ray. Measure the constituent of essence oil in cestrum nocturnum.
