摘要
从软件质量保证方向出发 ,概要阐述了个体软件过程 ( PSP,Personal Software Process)的原理和方法 ,分析了 PSP过程的进化框架 ,讨论了 PSP应用过程中可能遇到的问题 ,给出了 PSP在软件企业的具体应用 .
The personal software process (PSP) provides software engineers a way to improve the quality, predictability, and productivity of their work. This paper describes the principle and method of PSP, and analyzes its evolution framework. According to the problems in introducing PSP into an organization, the authors propose a strategy during the initial introduction of PSP into software enterprise.
