透镜的焦距对激光聚焦焦斑影响的研究 被引量:1

A STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF OPTICAL FOCAL LENGTH OF LENS ON LASER FOCAL SPOT

摘要 根据激光衍射理论和空间像差理论 ,推导出在给定激光器的输出波长和激光光束大小的前提下 ,考虑激光衍射和空间像差对透镜聚焦能力的影响 ,所选用的最佳透镜焦距的大小及相应的可以聚焦焦斑的大小 。 The optical focal length of lens and the value of focal spot are deduced based on diffraction laws and spherical aberrations laws. Under the awareness of the output wavelength and the radius of the collimated beam, the effects of laser diffraction and spherical aberrations on focus are considered. The result is useful for some practical application.
