摘要
结合宣大公路晋煤外运车辆的重载特性,完善了重载车辆的燃料消耗模型、轮耗模型和大修费用计算模型.分析了重载交通高速公路的级差效益.对于高速公路建设效益评价和制定收费标准提供决策依据.
Based on the heavy-load character of motorvehicle by which to transport coal outwards from ShanXi province. The calculation models of oil consumption, tyre wearing and major repairing cost were made perfected. An analysis on the differential benefit of heavy-load traffic expressway was made. It provided scientific basis for the manager of expressway to formulate the toll standard.
