摘要
为适应 2 1世纪实验教学改革的需要 ,结合学生创新能力的培养及实验室工作实际 ,提出了新型的实验用人观念 ,有效的实验设备管理 ,开放性实验室建设的方案等。
In order to meet the need of laboratory teaching reform in the 21 century, and to combine the training of the students' originality with the laboratory teaching practice, this article constructed a series of new ideas in terms of personnel system, effective management of laboratory equipment, and opening laboratory suggestion.
