摘要
采用分子设计方法合成了含短侧链聚醚基团共聚羧酸 (CoPoCa Ⅱ )外加剂 ,与萘磺酸甲醛缩合物复配得到一系列新的复合型高效减水剂 ,降低了萘系减水剂用量 ,并具有较高的减水率和良好的坍落度保持性 ,提高混凝土的强度2 0 %~ 3 7% .
A type of co-poly carboxylic acid superplasticizer (CoPoCa-Ⅱ) containing short polyethylene oxide side-group is synthesized. A series of new compound superplasticizer are made by CoPoCa-Ⅱ and NSF. By introducing CoPoCa-Ⅱ, the comp ou nd superplasticizer overcome the lack of NSF in slump loss of fresh concrete,andreduce the consuming amount of NSF. Obviously the compound superplasticizerin crease the concrete compressive strength by 20%~37%.
