摘要
目的 :探讨大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈期间肾上腺髓质嗜铬颗粒素A(CgA)免疫反应细胞的变化。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法 (SP法 )显示阳性细胞并用病理图像分析系统软件做面密度分析。结果 :溃疡组CgA阳性细胞面密度与正常组相比于术后 4d、6d、10d、14d低于正常组 ,均为P <0 .0 1,以 4d最显著。溃疡组CgA阳性细胞面密度于术后 6d、10d低于盐水组 ,均为P <0 .0 1。结论 :肾上腺髓质CgA阳性细胞可能间接或直接参与大鼠实验性胃溃疡修复的调节。
Objective:To strdy on the changes of CgA immunoreactive cells in adrenal medulla of rats during the self- healing process of experimental gastric ulcer.Methods:The immunohistochemical SP method was used to show CgA positive cells. The analytical software of pathological image was used in the sdanalysis.Reasults: The surface densities on area of CgA cells were decreased on 4th?6th ? 10th and 14th days after operation in gastric ulcer group compared with the normal group (P<0.01).The surface density of CgA cells on the 4th day decreased significantly than that of normal group.The surface density of CgA positive cells in gastric ulcer group decreased than that of saline group on the 6th and 10th days after operation(P< 0.01) . Conclusion: The present work proved that the CgA cells of adrenal medulla or indirectly participated in the regulative balance of endocrine during the self-healing directly of the experimental gastric ulcer and here we provide morphological evidence.
