摘要
文中从芬兰林业企业的形成和变革过程、从自然资源与人力资源开发等角度 ,对芬兰林业产业及其企业发展的成功之路进行了分析。
This paper analyzed the experiences of Finnish forestry industry and its forest firms from the view of point of firm′s transformation and developments of natural and human resources. Based on the analysis, the ideas of development of Chinese forest firms were given.The author holds that the natural and human resources should be developed simultaneously and technological innovation should harmonize with organizational transformation
