摘要
通过溶胶凝胶法制备了新型固相微萃取(SPME)萃取头,并应用于水样中痕量苯系物含量的测定。探讨了固相微萃取试验方法中萃取头制备用量以及萃取条件对实验结果的影响。实验表明,萃取头最佳制备用量为:含氢硅油为50μL、羟基硅油为300μL、甲基三乙基硅烷为300μL、三氟乙酸为75μL;最佳萃取条件为:加入与水质量比为25%的氯化钠,于转数400r/min、温度40℃下萃取5min,解析1.5min。在优化萃取条件下,四种苯系物的质量浓度均在0.1~10μg/mL范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法检出限在0.4-2.0μg/L之间。方法用于三种环境水样的分析,加标回收率在61.3%~111.4%之间。
A new solid phase microextraction (SPME) extraction fiber was prepared by sol-gel method and applied to the determination of Trace BTEX in water samples. The effects of the amount of extraction fiber and extraction conditions of SPME were discussed. The experimental results show that the optimized preparing dosage of fiber was obtained with Hydrogen silicone oil of 50 μL, Hydroxy silicone oil of 300 μL, methyltriethylsilane of 300 μL, Trifluoroacetic acid of 75 μL. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: adding 25%NaCl, extracting for 5 minutes at 400 r/min and 40℃, and desorption for 1.5 minutes.Under the optimized conditions, the mass concentration of BTEX in the range of 0.1~10 ug/mL is linearly related to peak area. The detection limits were in a range of 0.4~2.0μg/L.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of three kinds environmental water samples. The recoverieswere 61.3%~111.4%.
