Study on improving Indoor thermal environment and energy conservation of existing Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Areas

摘要 以宿州市祁县镇居民住宅为研究对象,通过对该区域农村住宅的空间状态和各围护结构现状进行调研,利用EcotectAnalysis软件模拟计算,对住宅进行热工和能耗分析。根据分析结果,找出该既有住宅建筑设计的热工和能耗缺陷,给出改造措施,以期对该气候区域一般居民住宅的热舒适性和能耗改进有所帮助。 The article takes the residential buildings in Qixian Town,Suzhou City as the object of study,through the investigation of the spatial distribution and enclosure structures on rural housings in the area,thermal and energy consumption analysis of residential buildings using Ecotect Analysis software.According to the analysis results,the thermal and energy consumption defects of the residential building design are found out and give the new-rebuilt plans,expected to contribute to the thermal comfort and energy consumption improvements of residential buildings in the area.
