改性高粱秸秆对亚甲基蓝吸附性能的探究 被引量:4

摘要 研究高粱秸秆制备吸附剂的吸附性能,利用NaOH对高粱秸秆进行改性,再通过与柠檬酸的酯化反应引入官能团制备改性吸附剂。试验表明,该吸附剂对亚甲基蓝染料废水具有很好的吸附性能,在反应温度为20℃、投加剂量为1.6g/L、反应时间为20min时,改性高粱秸秆对浓度为30mg/L的亚甲基蓝染料废水的脱色率达到85.60%。吸附动力学实验表明改性高粱秸秆对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合准二级动力学模型。吸附热力学实验表明改性高粱秸秆对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合朗格缪尔模型。该研究结果可为吸附染料废水提供参考。 Adsorption properties of adsorbents prepared from sorghum straw were studied in this paper. The sorghum straw was modified by NaOH .The modified adsorbent was prepared by introducing functional groups into the esterification reaction with citric acid.The results showed that the adsorbent has good adsorption performance to methylene blue dye waste water.The test results also showed that:when the reaction temperature was 20 ℃,the dosage was 0.08 g and the reaction time was 20 min,the decolorization rate of modified sorghum straw to methylene blue dye waste water with concentration of 30 mg /L reached 85.60%. The kinetic experiments showed that using the modified sorghum straw to adsorb methylene blue was in accordance with the quasi-second order kinetic model. The thermodynamic experiments showed that using the modified sorghum to absorb the methylene blue was in accordance with the Langmuir model. The results can provide references for the adsorption of phenol containing wastewater.
