摘要
联勤保障部队指挥信息化是联勤保障战斗力的重要支撑,是形成联勤保障部队联合作战保障能力的关键.分析了美军作战保障信息系统体系及技术特点,研究了我军联勤保障部队建设目标,提出了联勤保障指挥信息化体系构成,从通信网络、指挥控制装备、信息服务和信息系统等方面,阐述了联勤保障部队指挥信息化能力需求、重点问题及解决途径,并对联勤保障闭环中关键技术进行了分析,为后续建设与发展提供参考.
The command information of joint logistic support force is an important support for the joint logistic support combat effectiveness, and the key to form the joint operational support capability of joint logistic support force. The system and technology characteristics of American combat support information system are analyzed. The construction objectives of joint logistic support force are studied. The information system of joint logistic support force is proposed. The information capacity requirements, key issues and solutions of joint logistic support force are presented through the communication network, the command control equipment, the information services and the information system, and the key technology in the closed loop of joint logistic support is analyzed to provide a reference for the subsequent construction and development.
