摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗各型便秘的疗效。方法134名参与研究的患者,均为2017年2月—2018年2月入院接受治疗的便秘疾病患者,采用双色球分组法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组67例,2组患者接受不同的治疗,对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者接受耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗,观察在不同治疗方式下,2组患者的疗效。结果观察组患者的大便次数基本恢复至正常水平,大便恢复至正常的时间快于对照组患者,且观察组患者的治疗时长低于对照组患者;观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.01%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为82.09%,观察组高于对照组,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论各型便秘患者接受耳穴压豆联合穴位贴敷治疗,能有效的促进患者临床症状的好转,缩短整个治疗时间,在减轻患者经济负担的同时,该治疗方法对人体无不良反应,治疗安全性较高,疗效确切,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of auricular acupoint pressure combined with acupoint application in the treatment of various types of constipation. Methods 134 patients involved in the research,and are all from February 2017 to February 2018 was admitted to hospital patients. The double ball grouping method was used. They were divided into control group and observation group,with 67 cases in each group. Two groups of patients received different treatment,the control group received routine therapy,and the observation group received auricular acupoint pressing with acupoint application. Under different treatments,the curative effect of two groups of patients was observed. Results The defecate frequency of the observation group of patients return to normal levels,the stool of the observation group return to normal time was faster than that of the control group,the treatment length of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the total effective rate of observation group (97.01%) was higher than that of the control group (82.09%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of auricular acupoint pressure with acupoint application for the treatment of patients with various types of constipation can effectively promote the improvement of patients' clinical symptoms,shorten the whole treatment time,and reduce the economic burden of patients at the same time,the treatment method has no damage to human body,high treatment safety,and accurate curative effect,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
