丹七软胶囊对前循环缺血性脑卒中的疗效及侧枝循环重建的影响 被引量:6

The Therapeutic Effect of Danqi Soft Capules in the Treatment of Acute Anterior Circulation Stroke and Its Influence on Reconstruction of Collateral Circulation

摘要 目的探讨丹七软胶囊治疗急性前循环缺血性脑卒中的疗效及对梗死区侧枝循环重建的影响。方法106例急性前循环缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用丹七软胶囊,对比2组治疗前后的神经功能缺损程度、前循环区脑血流量变化及血清VEGF的水平。结果观察组的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的平均流速(Vs)和峰流速(Vd)明显高于对照组,峰流速对称性差值(DVp)和平均流速对称性差值(DVm)明显低于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血清VEGF水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹七软胶囊可显著减轻前循环缺血性脑卒中的神经损伤程度,升高血清VEGF水平,增加局部脑血流量,促进侧枝循环重建。 Objective To explore the efficacy of Danqi soft capules in the treatment of acute anterior circulation stroke and its effects on reconstruction of collateral circulation. Methods 106 cases of acute anterior circulation stroke were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 53 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with routine treatment,and the observation group received Danqi soft capules on the basis of the control group,with 14 days for a course of treatment. The NIHSS scores,cerebral blood flow in the middle artery (MCA),serum levels of VEGF of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the score of NIHSS was statistically lower in observation group than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the peak velocity (Vp) and mean velocity (Vm) in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). While the symmetrical difference in Vp (DVp) and symmetrical difference in Vm (DVm) in the observation group were statistically lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Levels of VEGF in the observation group were statistically higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with acute anterior circulation stroke,the application of Danqi soft capules can improve the therapeutic effect and cerebral perfusion,increase the serum levels of VEGF,finally promote the collateral circulation reconstruction.
