摘要
目的分析中药干预对肠息肉镜下切除患者复发率的影响。方法选取于2012年3月—2015年12月行肠息肉镜下切除的158例患者作为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方案分为2组,各79例。对照组予以手术切除治疗,研究组在对照组基础上进行中药保留灌肠。对比分析2组患者术后半年、1年、2年、3年的复发情况。结果研究组的总复发率(11.39%)显著低于对照组(40.5%)(P<0.05)。结论对行肠息肉镜下切除的患者采取中药干预治疗,可有效降低术后复发率,疗效显著,值得大力推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on the prevention of recurrence rate in patients undergoing endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps. Methods 158 patients who underwent endoscopic resection of intestinal polyps in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects. According to different treatment schemes,the patients in the control group of 79 cases were treated with surgical resection,and the study group received enema of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. The recurrence of the two groups was compared and analyzed at half a year,one year,two years and three years after operation. Results The total recurrence rate in the study group (11.39%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (40.50%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion The enema of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of intestinal polyps,and the curative effect is remarkable,which is worth popularizing.
