摘要
目的研究西洋参颗粒剂的制备工艺。方法采用正交实验设计的方法研究中药有效成分的最佳提取工艺,运用湿法制备颗粒,有效成分的含量测定采用比色法。结果最优提取有效组分组合为A3B3C3,即8倍量的溶剂煎煮3次,每次2h。单独煎煮提取率22.98%,混合煎煮提取率22.89%。颗粒剂总黄酮含量为2.49%。结论西洋参颗粒剂制备工艺简便易行,可以产业化生产。
To study the preparation process of American Ginseng granules.METHODS: Orthogonal experiment design was used to study the optimum extraction process of effective component in Chinese medicine, and wet granulation was used to the preparation of particles. Then, colorimetric method was adopted to Determination of the effective component respectively. RESULTS: The optimal combination for extraction of effective components was A3B3C3, which means decocting by eight times amount of solvent for 3 times and each time for 2h. The experiment showed the extraction ratio of separate decoction was 22.98%;the extraction ratio of mixed decoction was 22.89%. The flavonoid content in granules was 2.49%. CONCLUSION: The preparation process of American Ginseng granules was simple and easy. It can be used in the industrialization of production.
