摘要
在宏观视域下,地处东北亚的朝鲜半岛,其良好的地缘关系和广大的“朋友圈”是半岛走出困境的难得外在条件。东亚优秀的传统文化的引领,为解决半岛问题提供了丰富的智慧,特别是与中国有固若金汤的传统文化纽带,使两国命脉相通。中国作为联合国常任理事国,世界第二大经济体,有大国的责任与担当。中国对朝鲜的4个“支持”充分体现了中国的战略执行力,这是世界各国所公认的。中国为破解朝鲜半岛僵局一直注入新的活力,不断发挥建设性作用,令世界各国坚定信心,充满期待。
From a macro perspective,the good geographical relations and a large“circle of friends”of Korean Peninsula in Northeast Asia are the external conditions for the Peninsula to get out of the predicament.In addition,the excellent traditional culture of East Asia has provided rich wisdom for solving the issue of Korean Peninsula.In particular,China has a strong traditional cultural bond that connects the two countries.As a permanent member of the UN Security Council and the world’s second largest economy,China has the responsibilities of a major country.China’s four“supports”for the DPRK fully demonstrate China’s strategic execution power.This is recognized by all the people of the world.China has been injecting new vitality and playing a constructive role in breaking the deadlock on the Korean Peninsula,which has given other countries around the world firm confidence and great expectations.
