摘要
“双师型”教师是高职院校提高人才培养质量,提升职业教育水平的重要支柱,对“双师型”青年教师的培养关乎高职院校自身建设和职业教育事业的长远发展。文章以高职院校青年教师“双师型”素质现状为切入点,探讨在大力推进产教融合背景下“双师型”青年教师的培养制度建设和有效措施。
Dual-qualification teachers are the important pillars for improving the quality of talent cultivation and promotion of vocational education. The cultivation of young teachers with dual qualification is conducive to the self-construction and long-term development of higher vocational education. By researching on the quality of young dual-qualification teachers, this paper explores the construction of cultivation system and effective measures for young dual-qualification teachers under the vigorous promotion of industry-education integration.
