摘要
针对无创自动测量血压计在国内规程和国际标准之间存在的血压示值重复性检定点的差异,对20款不同型号无创自动测量血压计进行了对比测试,并利用SPSS软件统计分析了其在平均值、标准差和重复性等方面的数据差异。结果表明,血压计的成人测量模式在国内检定规程示值重复性检定点下,其收缩压数值波动范围更大,但其收缩压平均值所表现出的正向偏离程度却更小;舒张压数值波动范围无明显变化,但其舒张压平均值正向偏离程度更大。血压计的新生儿测量模式无论在国内检定规程还是国际标准的重复性测试点下,其收缩压和舒张压数值波动范围、收缩压平均值正向偏离程度、舒张压平均值正向偏离程度均无明显变化。此外,血压计无论在国内规程和国际标准血压示值重复性测试点下,其符合性判定结果总体并无影响。上述对比分析,给国内无创自动测量血压计的量值溯源工作提供了一定的借鉴意义。
According to the differences between the domestic regulation and IEC standard of non-invasive automatic sphygmomanometer in the test point selection of the repeatability of the blood pressure determination,20 models of non-invasive automatic sphygmomanometers have been investigated and compared,where the mean value,the standard deviation and the repeatability have been statistically analyzed through SPSS software.The results show that value fluctuation of the systolic blood pressure is relatively greater in the adult mode based on the domestic regulation,but the average of the systolic blood pressure shows a smaller positive deviation;the value fluctuation of diastolic blood pressure doesn't significantly changed,but the average of the diastolic blood pressure shows a greater positive deviation.While in the neonatal mode,both the value fluctuation and the average of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure show no much difference between the domestic regulation and IEC standard.In addition,the conformity assessment of non-invasive automatic sphygmomanometers on the reputability tests have been both passed based on the domestic regulation and IEC standard.Such above analysis would contribute a certain reference to the traceability study of non-invasive automatic sphygmomanometer.
