摘要
目的:分析下肢骨折患者应用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:将2016年1月-2018年10月笔者所在医院收治的56例下肢骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组28例。对照组采用传统切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组采用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗。比较两组治疗效果、手术情况、下肢活动能力、独立生活情况及相关并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者下肢活动评分及独立生活评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间及愈合时间均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于下肢骨折患者应用微创经皮锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,可有效促进患者肢体功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,且手术时间短,有较高临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation for patients with lower limb fractures.Method:A total of 56 patients with lower limb fractures admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation.The therapeutic effect,operation condition,lower limb activity,independent living and related complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lower limb activity score and independent life score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,and healing time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive percutaneous locking compression plate internal fixation in patients with lower limb fractures can effectively promote the recovery of limb function and reduce the incidence of complications,and the operation time is short,which has high clinical application value.
