摘要
目的探究靶向治疗联合新辅助化疗对老年胃癌患者的临床应用分析。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月在我院收治的进展期老年Her-2过表达胃上部癌患者120例做为观察对像,按数字表法随机分为对照组(n=60)和研究组(n=60),其中对照组采用口服卡培他滨+奥沙利铂静脉滴注进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用赫赛汀静脉滴注。观察对比两组患者总有效率、不良反应、生存期。结果研究组总有效率、控制率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者毒副反应比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后随访1年,研究组生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论标准化疗方案的基础上加用赫赛汀在提高化疗效果的同时,可延长HER-2阳性的晚期胃癌患者的生存期。
Objective To explore the clinical application of targeted therapy combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods 120 advanced elderly patients with HER-2 overexpression upper gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as observation objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and research group(n=60)according to the digital table method.The control group was treated by oral capecitabine plus oxaliplatin intravenous drip,and the research group was treated by Herceptin intravenous drip on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,adverse reactions and survival time of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate and control rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was significant;there was no significant difference in toxicity and side effects between the two groups(P>0.05);after one year follow-up,the survival rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of standardized treatment regimen,Herceptin can improve the effect of chemotherapy and prolong the survival time of HER-2 positive patients with advanced gastric cancer.
