摘要
目的分析经乳管灌注序贯手术与中医周期疗法治疗乳腺囊性增生病的临床效果。方法将2016年5月-2018年4月我院治疗的乳腺囊性增生病102例患者作为研究对象,将其依照随机数表法分为两组,各51例。对照组接受中医周期疗法治疗,观察组行经乳管灌注序贯手术治疗。观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分变化情况。结果较对照组相比,观察组总有效率相对较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组乳房疼痛、肿块大小症状评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后较对照组相比,观察组乳房疼痛、肿块大小症状评分相对较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将经乳管灌注序贯手术用于乳腺囊性增生病治疗中效果确切,利于快速缓解临床症状,提升疾病治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of sequential transductal breast perfusion surgery and traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy on cystic hyperplasia of breast.Methods 102 patients with cystic hyperplasia of the breast treated in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,51 cases in each group.The control group received traditional Chinese medicine cyclical therapy,and the observation group was treated by sequential infusion of mammary duct.The clinical efficacy and symptom scores before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential breast perfusion surgery is effective in the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of mammary gland,which is conducive to rapid relief of clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect of the disease.
