摘要
研究采用微波辅助加热法制备双效晶种用于高浓度工业钛液水解过程制备钛白产品,系统考察了晶种制备条件对硫酸氧钛水解活性,以及对水解产物颗粒性质和煅烧性能的影响。结果表明,微波法制备的晶种在高浓度工业钛液水解反应中具有高活性,钛液水解率大于95%;并且水解所得偏钛酸分布均匀,平均粒径较小(约1.8μm)。此外,该方法得到的偏钛酸在煅烧制钛白过程中能在较低的温度(约850℃)发生转晶,得到100%金红石晶型含量的二氧化钛产品。而对于工业碱中和法与稀释水解法制备的晶种,在相同的水解和煅烧条件下,均只能得到锐钛型钛白。
A novel double-effect seed crystal was prepared by the microwave-assisted heating method,and then applied to the hydrolysis process of high-concentration industrial titanium solution.The effects of the seed preparation conditions on the hydrolysis activity of titanyl sulfate,the properties and the calcination performance of hydrolyzed product particles were comprehensively investigated.The results show that the microwave seed crystals exhibit high hydrolysis activity (hydrolysis rate >95%) toward high concentration industrial titanium solution.Moreover,the obtained metatitanic acid from the hydrolyzation presents a narrow particle size distribution of ~ 1.8 μm.Interestingly,after calcined at 850 ℃ for 0.5 h,the obtained metatitanic acid can completely transform to pure rutile titanium dioxide,while the titanium dioxide product from industrial alkali neutralization seeds and the diluted seeds are both anatase.
