鄂尔多斯盆地“煤气走廊”开采模式研究 被引量:17

摘要 研究采动影响下煤与油气资源共赋存区域内的地表运移变形规律,可以准确地预测地表沉降范围和变形破坏形态,对于开展多种资源协调开采模式研究,确保油气集输工程安全稳定具有重要的现实意义。通过对鄂尔多斯盆地煤炭资源和油气资源的赋存情况进行调查,分析了多种资源埋深特征、多种资源开采工艺和参数应用现状以及采动影响下的地表沉降变形规律。结合鄂尔多斯盆地地表冲积沙较厚的特点,讨论了煤矿开采引起的地表移动破坏特征以及影响因素,依据表土应力状态,将地表塌陷区划分为压缩、拉伸、稳定3个区域。以盆地内某矿42105回采工作面地表岩层为例,对地表运移变形量进行了实时监测和数据采集,依据工作面地表覆岩的沉降范围和运移规律,分析得出油气井与回采工作面巷道之间的安全避让距离为278 m,并提出了煤炭资源与油气资源共同开发的"煤气走廊"开采模式,为交叉开采区内油气井布置提供了新方法,为盆地后期多种资源交叉区域协调开采提供了新思路。 Studying the laws of surface movement and deformation in the coexisting area of coal and oil and gas resources under the influence of mining,can accurately predict the surface settlement range and deformation and failure modes.It is of great practical significance to explore the multi-resource coordinated mining mode and ensure the safety and stability of oil and gas gathering and transportation projects.Through the investigation of the occurrence of coal resources and oil and gas resources in the Ordos Basin,the characteristics of multi-resource burial depth,the status quo of various resource mining processes and parameters and the deformation law of surface settlement under the influence of mining are mastered.Combined with the characteristics of thicker surface alluvial sand in the Ordos Basin,the damage characteristics and influencing factors of surface movement caused by coal mining are analyzed.According to the topsoil stress state,the surface subsidence area is divided into three areas: compression,stretching and stability.Taking the 42105 mining face surface rock formation of a mine in Ordos Basin as an engineering example,the real-time monitoring and data acquisition of surface displacement and deformation are carried out.According to the settlement range and migration law of surface overburden surface,a safely avoiding distance between the oil and gas well and the mining face is gained,and the"gas corridor"mining mode jointly developed by coal resources and oil and gas resources is proposed,thus providing a new method for the arrangement of oil and gas wells in crossmining areas,and providing new ideas for coordinated mining of multiple resource cross-regions in the later period.
