摘要
目的探讨BodyTiteTM射频溶脂辅助脂肪抽吸术在腰腹部塑形患者中的应用效果及并发症发生情况。方法自2016年12月至2018年6月,对81例腰腹部脂肪堆积的患者,采用BodyTiteTM射频溶脂平台辅助吸脂术进行治疗。先行射频溶脂,之后行电动负压抽吸脂肪,最后行射频收紧皮肤的治疗模式。医师与患者分别评价术后腰腹部塑形与皮肤紧致的效果。结果本组共81例患者。射频平均使用能量为55 kJ(35~85 kJ)。静置后平均吸脂量为(2110±1310)ml(1000~3800 ml)。术前测量经脐腰围平均为(86.23±3.68)cm;术后为(82.04±2.44)cm,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前检测皮下脂肪厚度平均为(3.53±1.13)cm;术后为(2.30±0.82)cm,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1~6个月,术后出现并发症者共6例(7.4%),其中3例不平整;1例出现了浅Ⅱ度烫伤;2例出现吸脂孔处瘢痕增生。术后腰腹部塑形医师评价其优良率为80.3%;患者自评优良率为92.6%。皮肤紧致效果医师评价优良率为67.9%,患者自评优良率为75.3%。结论采用BodyTiteTM射频溶脂辅助脂肪抽吸术在腰腹部塑形中具有良好的临床效果,且手术安全可靠,患者的满意度较高。
Objective Toexplore the clinical application of BodyTiteTM radiofrequency-assisted liposuction(RFAL) in lumbar and abdomen contouring and evaluate its efficacy and complications. Methods From December 2016 to June 2018, 81 patients with lumbar and abdomen fat accumulation underwent BodyTiteTM RFAL. The treatment mode was radiofrequency lipolysis first, followed by electric negative pressure liposuction, and finally radiofrequency tightening of the skin. The curative effect before and after surgery was compared by surgeons and patients, including contouring and skin tightening. Results A total of 81 patients were involved in this analysis. The average energy of radiofrequency was 55 kJ(35-85 kJ), and the average liposuction volume was(2110±1310) ml(1000-3800 ml). The mean waistline through umbilicus before and after the operation was(86.23±3.68) cm and(82.04±2.44) cm, respectively(P<0.05). The average fat thickness before and after the operation was(3.53±1.13) cm and(2.30±0.82) cm, respectively(P<0.05). The difference between the two groups was significant. After follow-up from 1 to 6 months, postoperative complications occurred in 6 patients(7.4%). Three patients had unevenness at the site,1 had superficial partial thickness scalding, and 2 patients had hypertrophic scars at the liposuction insertion point. The good and excellent rate of body contour and skin tightening improvement graded by surgeons was 80.3% and 67.9%, respectively, while good and excellent rate of body contour and skin tightening improvement graded by patients was 92.6% and 75.3%, respectively. Conclusion The application of Body TiteTM RFAL in lumbar and abdomen contouring can obtain good clinical efficacy. The operation was safe and effective and patients’ satisfaction was high.
