摘要
同种异体颜面移植俗称"换脸术",属于同种异体复合组织移植范畴,在全世界范围内已经开展近14年。我国首例--暨世界第二例同种异体颜面移植术于2006年成功实施,成为中国异体颜面移植史上的里程碑,同时为世界同种异体颜面移植的发展奠定了一定的方法基础。笔者着重探讨中国首例换脸术的术前准备、伦理审核、手术过程、术后用药及随访检查。
Human facial allotransplantation, commonly known as"face transplant", falls into the category of composite tissue allotransplantation and has been performed for 14 years all over the world. The first human facial allotransplantation in China(the second case in the world) was done successfully in 2006. This surgery served as a landmark event and provided the baseline method and experience for further practice. The primary goal of this article is to show this case in detail, including preparation before the operation, ethical certification, surgical procedure, post-surgery medication, and follow-up.
