摘要
近年来,卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)型不孕症患者年轻化趋势不断上升,在不孕症中所占的比例越来越高。目前,西医的激素疗法、辅助生殖技术等治疗本病的临床疗效结果尚不十分理想,中医治疗DOR型不孕症临床疗效显著,具有一定的优势。通过综述中医对DOR型不孕症的治疗进展,旨在为DOR型不孕症患者寻求更多安全有效的方案。
In recent years, the younger trend of infertility patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction (DOR) has been rising, and the proportion of them in infertility has become higher and higher. At present, the therapeutic effect of hormone therapy and assisted reproductive technology in Western medicine is not very ideal. The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating DOR type infertility is remarkable and has certain advantages. Therefore, by reviewing the progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of DOR type infertility, this paper aims to find more safe and effective solutions for DOR type infertility patients.
