摘要
目的探讨六西格玛管理在缩短儿科门诊静脉输液等待时间的应用及效果评价。方法选择2018年2月-2018年6月儿科门诊输液患儿对其应用六西格玛进行流程管理和改进。结果将六西格玛的管理方法应用于临床后,患儿在门诊等待静脉输液的时间水平(Z值)从2.157 1升高至2.396 7;输液工具的使用、环境的舒适度、患儿到医院的时间和配合程度、护士的态度、技术、人数、人员的班次安排、规则等方面均优于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论六西格玛管理应用于儿科门诊可以提高护理人员的工作效率,降低患儿及家属的等待时间以及护患纠纷发生率,提高护理质量及满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of six sigma management in shortening the waiting time of intravenous infusion in pediatric outpatient department. Methods The pediatric outpatient transfusion children from February 2018 to June 2018 were selected for the process management and improvement of the application of six sigma. Results After applying the six sigma management method to clinical practice, the time level (Z value) of children waiting for intravenous infusion in the outpatient department increased from 2.157 1 to 2.396 7. The use of infusion tools, the comfort level of the environment, the time and degree of cooperation when the children arrived at the hospital, the attitude of nurses, technology, number of people, shift arrangement of personnel, rules and other aspects were better than before, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion The application of six sigma management in pediatric outpatient department can improve the working efficiency of nursing staff, reduce the waiting time of children and their families, the incidence of nurse-patient disputes, and improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing.
