摘要
目的研究胃复春联合阿托品治疗急性胃炎的效果。方法选择2016年1月-2018年12月我院收治的80例急性胃炎患者,随机分为2组。对照组单独采用阿托品治疗,观察组采用胃复春联合阿托品治疗。观察2组治疗前后的中医症状评分值和血清学指标的改变情况。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后的嘈杂反酸、胃脘隐痛、胃脘痞胀、纳呆、口苦口臭、失眠等症状评分值均明显降低,且观察组明显更低(P<0.05);2组治疗后的血清PCT、CRP水平均显著降低,且观察组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论胃复春联合阿托品可以抑制急性胃炎患者的炎症反应,降低血清PCT、CRP水平,有效改善临床症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of Weifuchun combined with atropine in the treatment of acute gastritis. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute gastritis, who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018, were divided into two groups randomly. The control group was treated with atropine alone, while the observation group was treated with Weifuchun combined with atropine. The changes of TCM symptom score and serological indexes before and after treatment were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05);the scores of the symptoms were significantly decreased, and the observation group was significantly lower (P < 0.05), and after the treatment the serum PCT and CRP was significantly lower and the observation group was more obvious (P < 0.05). Conclusion Weifuchun combined with atropine can inhibit inflammation in patients with acute gastritis, reduce serum levels of PCT, CRP, and effectively improve clinical symptoms.
