番茄红素联合大蒜素对高血压大鼠抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究番茄红素联合大蒜素对高血压大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法成年健康清洁级SD雄性大鼠36只,均给予致高血压高脂饲料喂养8周,收缩压(SBP)≥140 mmHg为高血压大鼠,进行给药处理。随机分为番茄红素组、大蒜素组与联合组,各12只。番茄红素组、大蒜素组与联合组分别给予腹腔注射0.1 mg/kg·d番茄红素、0.1 mg/kg·d大蒜素与0.1 mg/kg·d番茄红素+0.1 mg/kg·d大蒜素,持续4周,比较各组血压、左心功能与抗氧化指标的变化。结果3组第12周的血压、左室内压上升最大速度(dp/dtm)和左室内压下降升最大速度(-dp/dtm)值均显著低于第8周(P<0.05),且联合组dp/dtm及-dp/dtm均显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。3组第12周的左室收缩末期内径(Lv IDs)、丙二醛(MDA)显著低于实验第8周,血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)值显著高于第8周(P<0.05)。结论番茄红素联合大蒜素使用,在治疗12周效果显著,且优于二者单独使用,主要是通过改善高血压大鼠的左心功能,提高抗氧化能力,从而促进恢复正常血压与心功能,且有一定的安全性。 Objective To study the effect of lycopene combined with allicin on the antioxidant capacity of hypertensive rats. Methods Thirty-six adult healthy and clean SD male rats were given hypertensive and high-fat diet for 8 weeks, and systolic blood pressure (SBP)≥140 mmHg for hypertensive rats. They were randomly divided into lycopene group, allicin group and combined group, 12 each. The lycopene group, the allicin group and the combination group were given intraperitoneal injection 0.1 mg/(kg·d) lycopene, 0.1 mg/(kg·d) allicin and 0.1 mg/(kg· d) lycopene + 0.1 mg/(kg·d), respectively. Allicin was administered by gavage for 4 weeks, and the changes of blood pressure, left heart function and antioxidant index were compared. Results The maximum blood pressure, left ventricular pressure maximal velocity (dp/dtm) and left ventricular pressure maximal velocity (-dp/dtm) of the 12th group were significantly lower than the 8th week (P<0.05), and the -dp/dtm and dp/dtm were significantly higher than the other two groups (P<0.05). The left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVIDs) and malondialdehyde (MDA) of the 12th group were significantly lower than the 8th week of the experiment, and the serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) value was significantly higher than the 8th week (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of lycopene and allicin has a remarkable effect in the treatment of 12 weeks, and is superior to the two alone, mainly by improving the left heart function of hypertensive rats and improving the antioxidant capacity, thereby promoting the recovery of normal blood pressure and cardiac function. And there is a certain degree of security.
