摘要
中医将银屑病称为白疕,"肤如疹疥,色白而痒",是一种以红斑、鳞屑为主要表现的易于复发的炎症性皮肤疾病,其中红斑、鳞屑等皮损的变化往往反映着疾病的缓急、进退,现代医家通过临床观察与研究总结发现银屑病的发病与温病发病相合,临床中不难发现其皮损变化也符合温病学理论中斑疹、白■的表现。因此通过温病学中辨斑疹白■这一特色诊法对银屑病进行辨证从而指导治疗,对银屑病的治疗及研究有着重要的意义。
In Chinese medicine, psoriasis is called white crust."The lesions are white maculae and the patient feels itching." It’s an inflammatory skin disease that is prone to relapse. The main clinical manifestations are erythema and scales. The changes in erythema and scales usually reflect the urgency and advance and retreat of the disease. Doctors found that the pathogenic factors of psoriasis is similar to the epidemic febrile disease. It is not difficult to find that the changes of psoriasis lesions are the same to maculae and pustules in clinical practice. Therefore, it is of great significance for clinical treatment and research of psoriasis to differentiate and treat psoriasis according to the characteristic diagnosis method of distinguishing maculae and pustules in epidemic febrile disease.
