摘要
分析国医大师卢芳从"脾"论治干燥综合征经验,为临床治疗提供参考。以燥湿运脾,行气和胃为法治疗干燥综合征。临床上干燥综合征患者表现多样,病情轻重差异较大,卢芳教授因人施治,灵活变通,临证用药轻灵,药性缓和,着重于燥湿运脾,临床疗效明显。
This thesis analyzed the experience of Lu Fang, a national medical master, in treating Sjogren syndrome from spleen to provide reference for clinical treatment. She is good at treating sjogren syndrome by eliminating dampness, promoting qi circulation and harmonizing stomach. Clinically, Sjogren syndrome patients have various manifestations and great differences in severity. Professor Lu Fang treats patients according to their own conditions ?exibles, uses light and mild drugs in clinical practice, which has mild drug properties. She focuses on drying dampness and activating spleen, and has obvious clinical curative effect.
