摘要
孙宇建主任为中医外科乳腺专业名家,尤善运用"疏健补"理论治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎,保守疗法治愈肉芽肿性乳腺炎上千例。总结孙师疏肝理气、健脾益气、补肾调冲法治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的治疗原则。在疏健补理论指导下的具体用药及用药中倡导的中病即止、适度治疗理念,疾病痊愈后愈后防复的体会。
Sun Yujian is a famous breast disease specialist in traditional Chinese medicine surgery. She is good at using the theory of “soothing liver, strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney” to treat granulomatous mastitis. She has treated thousands of cases of granulomatous mastitis by using conservative therapy. This paper is to summarize her treatment principles of soothing liver and regulating qi, invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, tonifying kidney and regulating meridian Chong in treating granulomatous mastitis;the specific medication under the guidance of the theory of soothing liver, strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney, and the concept of moderate treatment advocated in medication;and the experience of preventing and recurrence after recovery of disease.
