摘要
丛慧芳教授认为,妇人腹痛的病机应以阴阳为纲要。"阴平阳秘,精神乃治",阴阳失衡则诸症峰起。从"阳化气,阴成形"的角度,联系脏腑,经脉和女性的生理特点,论述了妇人腹痛产生的病因病机。一方面,阳不足,则不能温散水湿,湿邪阻碍阳气的推动、温煦作用。另一方面"阴太过",尤以寒湿,瘀血为主,阴邪缠绵耗损阳气,日久腹部气血失和,不通则痛或不荣则痛,符合本病缠绵难愈的致病特点。阴阳互根互用,二者相互影响,临床治疗应辨证论治,及时扶助阳气,兼养阴血。并重视病后调养。
Professor Cong Huifang believes that the pathogenesis of abdominal pain in women should be based on yin and yang. "Relative equilibrium of yin-yang, life activities being normally", the imbalance between yin and yang is the origin of the symptoms. From the perspective of "yang transforming qi, yin shaping up body", the pathogenesis of abdominal pain in women is discussed in relation to the viscera, meridians and female physiological characteristics. If the yang is insufficient, it will not be able to disperse the water and wet, and the dampness will hinder the promotion of yang and the warming effect. On the other hand, "yin is excessive", especially in cold and dampness, blood stasis, yin and evil tangles consume yang, and the abdominal qi and blood loses in the long-term, then it is painful or not glory, it is in line with the disease. The mutual use of yin and yang is mutually influential, and the two influence each other. Clinical treatment should be dialectical, timely support for yang, and nourishing yin and blood. And pay attention to post-illness care.
