摘要
林丽珠教授认为,宫颈癌由脾虚、肝郁、肾虚,脏腑功能亏损,导致冲任失调,督带失约而成。其病机以正虚冲任失调为本,湿热瘀毒结聚为标。临证时应以辨证论治为核心,辨明虚实,分清脏腑。治以疏肝理气,或健脾祛湿,或清利湿热,在临床上治疗宫颈癌取得了较为满意的疗效。
According to Professor Lin Lizhu, cervical cancer is caused by spleen deficiency, liver depression, kidney deficiency and viscera weakness, which may contribute to the incoordination of thoroughfare-controlling vessels as well as debility of governor channel and belt channel. The pathogenesis of cervical cancer is based on asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality. Asthenia in origin presents with healthy qi of deficiency and incoordination of thoroughfare-controlling vessels, while astheia in superficiality is characterized by the accumulation of dampness, heat and blood stasis. Therefore, we should use syndrome differentiation so as to distinguish deficiency and excess and clarify the viscera. Finally, methods including easing liver qi, clearing dampness of spleen and dampness-heat are performed, which have achieved remarkable curative effects.
