摘要
赵智强教授临床治疗消化道息肉善于抓住本虚标实的基本病性,处方用药注意顾护胃气,结合痰瘀互结的基本病机,设立基础方健脾消癥汤,并在此基础上据证辨治加减;同时注重结合病理检查结果,对易于癌变的腺瘤性息肉适当配伍抗癌解毒药以防癌变,主张现代药理研究结果为我所用,强调个体化处方治疗。可有效消除息肉并且预防复发。
In treating gastrointestinal polyps, Professor Zhao Zhiqiang is good at grasping the basic nature of this disease which is deficiency in origin and solid in superficiality, prescribing drugs to care for stomach’s basic function, taking the basic pathogenesis of phlegm and blood stasis as the guidance, and establishing the basic prescription Jianpi Xiaozheng Decoction, and on this basis, adding other herbs according to other syndromes. At the same time, Professor Zhao Zhiqiang takes great cares to the pathological examination results, because the adenomatous polyps are prone to be cancerated, so to add the anti-cancer Chinese medicine herbs to prevent canceration. And the modern pharmacological research results are advocated for our use and individualized prescription treatment is emphasized. The clinical efficacy is remarkable, and it can effectively eliminate polyps and prevent recurrence.
