摘要
心理现象人皆有之,它是宇宙中最复杂的现象之一,从古至今被人们所关注。随着社会的不断发展,人们在学习工作中压力逐渐增加,心理学也随之成为人们关注的重要问题,人们在追逐身体健康的同时,更加关注心理健康。我国对于心理学的研究早在几千年前,在《黄帝内经》中对于心理学观点的描述就有详细的记载,并提出"天人合一"的思想,这与现代西方心理学提出的"生物-心理-社会"医学模式异曲同工。本研究主要从《黄帝内经》五态人体质心理研究为切入点,对照西方心理学测评理论,得出符合东方人体质心理特点的心理测评结果,为我国心理学的发展提供一定的理论依据。
Psychological phenomena are one of the most complex phenomena in the universe, since ancient times it has been concerned by people. With the continuous development of society, people’s pressure in study and work gradually increases, and psychology also becomes an important issue that people pay attention to. People pay more attention to mental health while chasing physical health. As early as thousands of years ago, the research on psychology in China was described in detail in Huangdi Neijing, and the idea of "the unity of man and nature" was put forward, which is similar to the medical model of "bio-psychology-society" proposed by modern Western psychology. With the Huangdi Neijing five states of people’s physique psychological research as starting point, this study compared with the Western psychological evaluation theory to get the oriental physique psychological characteristics of the psychological evaluation results, which can provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of psychology in our country.
