摘要
近年来,推进绿色建筑节能与发展上升为国家重点发展方向,然而随着绿色建筑产业热度进一步提升,产业内部出现技术发展逻辑问题。研究采用文献计量学的方法,深挖绿色建筑技术研究热点及潜在交互逻辑需求,构建研究热点交互需求网络,并以社会资本理论为基础理论支撑,从网络中心性、群落聚类、结构洞3个方面剖析当前绿色建筑文献研究发展规律。研究发现,研究网络分散、群落聚类过细、关系结构空洞是影响绿色建筑产业技术发展的关键问题。最后提出了构建共同兴趣圈与激活资源镶嵌的产业技术发展研究优化策略。
In recent years,the energy-saving and development of green buildings has been promoted as a national key strategy. However,with the further improvement of the green building industry,the logic of technological development has been reversed within the industry. This study used bibliometric methods to dig deep into green building technology research hotspots and potential interactive logic requirements. This paper constructs a research hotspot interactive demand network,and based on the theory of social capital,analyzes the current development rules of green building literature from three aspects:network centrality,community clustering and structural hole. The study found that the study of network dispersion,community clustering,and relationship structure voids are key issues affecting the logical inversion of green building industry technology development. Finally,the research and optimization strategy of industrial technology development to construct circle culture and activate resource mosaic is proposed.
