摘要
以一座60m简支钢箱梁弯桥为例,介绍了钢箱弯梁的设计要点,探讨其倾覆破坏机理,并通过建立有限元模型验算了桥梁抗倾覆性能,分析超载、重车偏心荷载作用、支座间距、压重与否对桥梁抗倾覆性能的影响。研究结果表明,汽车在弯桥偏外侧行驶时增加桥梁倾覆危险的可能;偏心行驶重车距路缘距离和支座间距变小,最小支座反力下降十分明显;支座附近的压重能有效地提高抗倾覆安全性能。
This paper takes a 60 m simple supported steel box girder bending bridge as an example,which introduces the design key points of the steel box bending beam and discusses its overturning failure mechanism. Finite element model was built to analyze the influence of overload,eccentric load of heavy truck,bearing distance and pressure on the anti-overturning performance of the bridge. The results show that the risk of bridge overturning is increased when the vehicle is driving outside the curved bridge. The minimum bearing reaction force decreased obviously as the distance between the eccentrically driven heavy truck and the kerb became smaller. The pressure near the support can effectively improve the safety performance against overturning.
