摘要
北斗三号基本系统于2018-12-27正式开通运行。本文采用北斗三号实测数据对基本系统星座覆盖性、广播轨道以及广播钟差、SISRE等重点空间信号性能指标进行了评估。指出北斗三号采用了星间链路测量体制,有效弥补了地面监测站布设范围受限的不足。空间信号精度显著优于北斗二号,甚至优于GPS系统。北斗三号基本系统将有效提升“一带一路”地区乃至全球的服务性能。
On December 27, 2018, the BeiDou-3 primary navigation satellite system (BDS-3) was established. In this paper, the space signal performances including constellation coverage, broadcasting orbit, broadcasting clock, and SISRE are evaluated using the observed data of BDS-3. The inter-satellite link payload of BDS-3 can effectively reduce the disadvantage of the region distribution of monitor station. The accuracy of space signal is remarkably better than that of BDS-2 and even better than that of GPS system. BDS-3 will provide the improved service performance for “the Belt and Road” region and even the whole world.
