摘要
目的:了解机构养老老年人日常活动能力受损情况及养老服务需求,为优化养老资源供给提供建议。方法:采取问卷调查方式,对南京市浦口区11家养老机构的入住老年人进行面对面调查。结果:205名接受调查的老年人中,75.1%患有慢性疾病,55.1%存在日常生活功能受损;ADL功能完好的老年人养老需求以健康促进和发展性服务为主,如健康查体和文化娱乐活动;随着ADL受损程度加重,老年人对医疗服务的需求逐渐增加。结论:机构养老老年人的日常生活能力受损率较高,健康状况较差,应加快构建医养融合体系,加强专业人才队伍建设。此外,养老机构应科学、定期对入住老年人进行能力评估,为其提供分类、精准、有效的服务,提高养老资源配置效率。
Objective To understand the daily activities ability of the elderly and the needs of the elderly, and to provide suggestions for the optimization of the supply of old-age resources. Methods A questionnaire survey was employed to conduct face-to-face investigations on the elderly in 11 nursing homes in Pukou District, Nanjing. Results Of the 205 elderly people surveyed, 75.1% had chronic diseases, and 55.1% had impaired daily living function. Service needs of the elderly with good ADL function mainly were health promotion and development services, such as health checkup and Cultural and recreational activities;as ADL decreasing, the demands for medical services for the elderly were gradually increasing. Conclusion Institutional elderly has a high rate of impaired daily living ability and poor health. It is necessary to speed up the construction of a medical integration system and strengthen the construction of professional talents. In addition, the old-age care institutions should conduct scientific and regular assessment of the ability of the elderly to provide classified, accurate and effective services to improve the efficiency of the allocation of old-age resources.
