摘要
北京市自2015年实施新的锅炉大气污染物排放标准以来,有力地推动了低氮燃气燃烧技术的研究和应用。在新型低氮燃烧器研制过程中,我们综合采用FGR烟气再循环、燃气分级技术、空气分区分级技术、扰流均混技术、新型电子比例调节技术和精确控制技术,并取得一定成效。在实际运行过程中全工况NOx稳定,达到北京市30mg/m3的环保排放标准。
Since the implementation of the new air pollutant emission standard for boilers in Beijing in 2015, the research and application of low nitrogen combustion technology has been strongly promoted. In the process of developing new low nitrogen burner, we synthetically adopted FGR flue gas recirculation, gas classification technology, air zoning classification technology, turbulence mixing technology, new electronic proportional control technology and precise control technology, and achieved some results. In the actual operation process, the NOx is stable under all operating conditions and meets the environmental protection emission standard of 30mg/m3 in Beijing.
