摘要
履带行走支架是短壁机械化开采主要设备之一,XZ7000/25.5/50型履带行走式液压支架支护效果良好,对顶板适应性强,整体采用四连杆设计,结构紧凑,具有独立的行走系统,速度可达25m/min,转向灵活,电控系统采用PLC控制系统,性能稳定,是一种新型矿井支护设备。履带行走支架的研制与推广应用,减小对进口设备的依赖,可有效提高短壁工作面的回采率,提高资源利用率。该支架经实际使用,取得了良好效果。
Crawler walking support is one of the main equipment of short-wall mechanized mining. It has good supporting effect, strong adaptability for roof, compact structure, independent walking system, speed may reach up to 25m/min, flexible steering, PLC control system and stable performance. It is a new type of mine support equipment. The development and popularization of crawler support can reduce the dependence on imported equipment, effectively improve the recovery rate of short-wall working face and improve the utilization rate of resources. The bracket has been used in practice and achieved good results.
