生活垃圾衍生燃料(RDF-5)焚烧过程中Pb、Cr、Zn和Cd的分布研究 被引量:2

Study on the Distribution of Pb, Cr, Zn, and Cd in the Combustion of MSW/refuse-derived Fuel (RDF-5)

摘要 以重庆市生活垃圾中代表性的重金属(Pb、Cr、Zn和Cd)为考察对象,探讨了添加钙(5%CaCO3和5%Ca(OH)2)的生活垃圾衍生燃料(RDF-5),燃烧过程中各重金属在气固两相中的分布情况。实验结果表明,重金属在气固两相中的分布因其热稳定性不同存在差异,Cd主要分布在气相中(烟气,92.37%),Pb、Cr和Zn则主要存在于固相(灰渣,91.32%、98.48%和99%);钙化反应对热不稳定金属(Cd)有一定的固定效果(29.75%~43.22%);与此同时,部分热稳定金属(11.01%~12.68%的Pb、2.43%~4.36%的Zn和7.38%~7.86%的Cr)由固相迁移至气相中,随烟气排出。 This paper chose the typical heavy metals in municipal solid waste(MSW)of Chongqing as research target,the dis-tribution of heavy metals in gas-solid phase during the combustion of MSW/refuse-derived fuel(RDF-5)with 5%CaCO 3 or 5%Ca(OH)2 added was studied.Results presented that the distribution of heavy metals in gas-solid phase is different due to their different thermal stability.Cd is mainly distributed in the gas phase(smoke,92.37%),while Pb,Cr and Zn are mainly in the solid phase(ash,91.32%,98.48%and 99%).Calcification has a certain fixing effect on thermal unstable metal(Cd)(29.75%~43.22%),while some thermally stable metals(11.01%~12.68%Pb,2.43%~4.36%Zn,and 7.38%~7.86%Cr)migrated from the solid phase to the gas phase and were discharged with flue gas.
