织物外观平整度客观评级图像采集装置设计与搭建 被引量:2

Design and construction of image acquisition device for objective evaluation method of fabric appearance flatness

摘要 织物外观平整度人工评级方法存在诸多问题,快速准确的客观评级方法是市场需求,其中符合要求的图像采集装置是客观评级的必要条件。本文搭建了织物外观平整度图像采集装置,搭建后经测试,该装置光照均匀度88%、采集图像均匀度93.73%,采集到的织物图像折皱清晰,能够满足图像分析的要求。 There are many problems in the artificial grading of the flatness of fabric appearance.The fast and accurate objective grading method is urgently needed in the market.This paper construct the fabric appearance flatness image acquisition device,after the construction,the device can achieve illumination uniformity of 88%,image uniformity of 93.73%and the collected fabric image wrinkles are clear,which can meet the requirements of objective evaluation method of fabric flatness.
