摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在病案室病案管理中的应用效果。方法选择本院自2013年2月至2018年2月的病案400份,对全部病例资料进行分析并分组,对照组运用传统病例管理方法对病例进行管理,观察组运用精细化管理方法对病例进行管理,观察并对比两种方法具体的实施效果。结果通过对两组施以不同的病案管理方法可知,观察组医患矛盾发生率明显低于对照组,且病案资料的破损率与缺失率低于对照组,数据对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,观察组管理人员综合素质评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将精细化管理模式运用于病案室病案管理中能够降低或避免医患矛盾的发生率,提高管理人员的综合素质,具有较好的应用价值,值得研究推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of refined management in medical record management of medical records. Methods 400 cases of our hospital from February 2013 to February 2018 were selected. All medical records were analyzed and grouped. The control group used traditional case management methods to manage cases. The observation group used refined management methods for cases. Manage, observe and compare the specific implementation effects of the two methods. Results By applying different case management methods to the two groups, the incidence of contradiction between doctors and patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the breakage rate and the missing rate of the case data were lower than those of the control group. The data contrast was statistically significant (P<0.05). In addition, the comprehensive quality scores of the observation group managers were significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the refined management mode to the case case management can reduce or avoid the incidence of contradictions between doctors and patients, improve the overall quality of managers, and has good application value, which is worthy of research and promotion.
