摘要
目的探讨阿帕替尼联合化疗在晩期非小细胞肺癌中的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年2月本院收治的晩期非小细胞肺癌患者42例,将其随机分为两组,各21例,对照组接受常规化疗方案治疗,观察组在常规化疗的基础上给予阿帕替尼治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、生存质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(57.14%)明显高于对照组(23.81%)(P<0.05);观察组患者生存质量改善有效率(85.71%)明显高于对照组(57.14%)(P<0.05);观察组白细胞降低、乏力、食欲下降、高胆红素血症发生率(9.52%、14.29%、14.29%、4.76%)均明显低于对照组(38.10%、42.86%、47.62%、33.33%)(P<0.05)。结论在晩期非小细胞肺癌治疗中应用阿帕替尼联合化疗方案能够有效提升预后效果,改善患者生存质量,减轻不良反应程度,安全性可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of apatinib combined with chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer in the sputum. Methods A total of 42 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, with 21 cases in each group. The control group received conventional chemotherapy and the observation group received conventional chemotherapy on the basis of treatment with apatinib, the treatment effect, quality of life and toxic side effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group (57.14%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (23.81%)(P<0.05). The improvement of quality of life in the observation group (85.71%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (57.14%)(P<0.05). The incidence of leukopenia, fatigue, loss of appetite, and hyperbilirubinemia (9.52%, 14.29%, 14.29%, 4.76%) in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (38.10%, 42.86%, 47.62%, 33.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of apatinib combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer in the treatment of sputum can effectively improve the prognosis, improve the quality of life, reduce the degree of toxic and side effects, and be safe and reliable.
