摘要
目的调查口腔正畸大学生正畸保健知识和日常行为,了解口腔正畸大学生个人口腔保健的现状。方法选取郑州大学一年级~四年级的正畸早中期口腔正畸大学生80名,采用纸质版问卷的调查方法,调查问卷根据健康教育KAP模型经查阅文献和参考“WHO口腔卫生宣传纲要”后自行设计,对口腔正畸大学生正畸保健知识和行为进行调查。结果口腔正畸大学生了解有关口腔正畸的一般知识,口腔正畸大学生佩戴矫正器的相关行为良好,但是口腔正畸大学生缺乏正畸保健部分知识,口腔正畸大学生口腔清洁的部分行为比较落后,口腔正畸大学生的口腔自我效能总体处于中低水平。结论本地区口腔正畸大学生的口腔保健部分知识相对薄弱,部分行为比较落后,口腔正畸保健理念的培养和行为的引导有待加强。
Objective To investigate the knowledge and daily behavior of orthodontic health care in orthodontic college students. Methods 80 orthodontic students from grade one to grade four in zhengzhou university were selected, the questionnaire was designed according to the KAP model of health education by consulting the literature and referring to WHO oral health propaganda outline. The knowledge and behavior of orthodontic health care in orthodontic college students were investigated. Results Orthodontic college students understand the general knowledge about orthodontics, the orthodontic college students have good behaviors when wearing orthodontics, but they lack knowledge of orthodontic health care, and some behaviors of orthodontic college students in oral cleaning are relatively backward. The oral self-efficacy of orthodontic college students is generally at a low level. Conclusion Some knowledge of oral health care of orthodontic college students in this area is relatively weak, and some behaviors are backward. The cultivation of orthodontic care concept and the guidance of behavior need to be strengthened.
