基于CATIA的气盾坝坝板参数化建模与静力分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究坝板在承载最大载荷时的结构静力学特性,基于CATIA对气盾坝坝板进行参数化建模,驱动尺寸分别为筋板厚度、筋板个数、盾板厚度、坝板长度,可根据设计要求改变驱动尺寸实现快速化建模。建立气盾坝坝板有限元模型,利用CAE软件对坝板进行静力分析,获取坝板在承载时的应力、位移等计算结果,最后对当前结构进行校核以及为后续的改进设计提供依据和理论参考。 In order to study the structural static characteristics of the dam plate under the maximum load,the gas shield dam dam is parametrically modeled by CATIA initially.ar Defining rib thickness,number of ribs,shield thickness and dam length as the driving dimensions.The driving size can be changed according to design requirements in order to achieve rapid modeling.The finite element model of the gas shield dam slab is establishedto achieve static analysis of the dam plate CAE software.The static mechanical characteristics of the dam plate were estimated under the maximum load.At the same time the calculation results of stress and displacement of the dam plate are obtained.The current structure is checked and provides a basis and theoretical reference for subsequent improved design.
