摘要
目的:探讨氢氧化钙改性炉渣处理甲基红废水的效果,为炉渣资源化利用和染料废水处理提供参考。方法:用氢氧化钙在高温下对炉渣进行改性,并考察溶液pH、甲基红初始浓度、处理时间、炉渣投加量等因素对改性炉渣处理甲基红染料废水的影响。结果:改性炉渣去除甲基红废水效果明显优于未改性炉渣;当甲基红初始浓度为20mg/L,pH为6,炉渣投加量4g,处理时间为40min的条件下,甲基红废水处理效率最高,达95.2%。结论:通过氢氧化钙对炉渣进行改性处理甲基红废水是可行的,为同类废水处理提供了较好的借鉴。
Objective: Treatment of methyl red wastewater with calcium hydroxide modified slag was investigated here to provide help for utilization of slag and dye wastewater treatment. Methods: Slags were modified by calcium hydroxide at high temperature. And then, effects of pH, initial concentration of methyl red, treatment time and slag dosage on methyl red wastewater treatment were performed. Results: In contrast with unmodified slag, methyl red removal efficiencies were obviously enhanced by using calcium hydroxide modified slag. The maximum removal of methyl red (95.2%) was achieved at the optimal processing condition which was as follows: initial concentration of methyl red (20 mg/L), pH of 6, slag dosage of 4 g and treatment time of 40 min. Conclusion: It is feasible to treat methyl red wastewater by using modified slag, which may provide a good strategy of treatment similar wastewater.
